Immediately after you place your order online, you will receive an automated confirmation email from the site. Please keep in mind that sales tax, shipping and handling fees are estimated at this point in the process.

If you choose to personalize an item, you will receive an email with a proof for your review and approval.  Once we receive your approval of the proof via email, and your approval for the selected payment option, we will submit your order to production. No order will go into production without your approval, so rest assured you’ll be able to get any questions or concerns answered before then.

We will charge your credit card once your order ships. You will also receive a receipt via email. This will show you the final order total, including the final sales tax, and shipping and handling calculations.



Credits, refunds, and exchanges are not issued if you order the wrong size.

Size charts are provided for all apparel. Please carefully review the size charts and measuring guides for assistance in choosing the right size for you.

Dimensions for all accessories are provided. Please carefully review the size of items you are ordering.



Select items can be personalized with your Independent Agency information. When placing your order, you will have the option to personalize with your name, Independent Agency Name, and/or phone number where space allows. Added personalization costs vary per item. Once a personalized order is placed, you will receive a proof via email within 7 days of placing your order.  You will need to review and approve your order before your items will be produced.  


Credit Card Payment & Pricing 

All forms of credit cards are accepted for payment. All pricing reflects U.S. dollars, and all billing is processed in U.S. dollars. If you are reviewing your credit card statement, charges will be from ‘HALO’. HALO will authorize your credit card while your order is being processed. Your credit card will not be charged until after your order has shipped. If you use a debit card, your bank will hold funds from your checking account at the time of authorization, but not remit the funds to HALO until the order is invoiced by HALO. When the order invoices, any difference from the original authorized amount will be credited (or debited) to your checking account and then your bank will remit payment to HALO.


Production Times

Production varies per product. For the best prices on our apparel and select accessories, orders are processed twice a month, on the 15th and last day of the month. Production is dependent on the approval of your proof, which you will receive via email. 

Bulk order items are processed on the next business day, unless personalization is added. For personalization on any item, production is dependent on the approval of your proof, which you will receive via email. 



Our standard carrier is UPS and is delivered via Ground. Alternate ship methods will need to be quoted upon request. During checkout, the site will provide you an estimate for shipping and handling charges. This estimate will be close to the final shipping charge. Final charges will be calculated by UPS based on the final weight and carton dimensions of your order. Note that for bulky or oversize items (such as sport water bottles), the final shipping and handling fee may be more than the estimate provided during checkout due to oversize shipping cartons. Products at risk of such underestimation will be denoted on the product detail page.


Minimum Order Quantities

Apparel and other select items do not require a minimum order quantity. Minimum order quantities apply to all other product categories and vary by product. Please refer to the individual product detail pages for minimum order requirements. 


Set-up charges

A setup charge is assessed to make the plate from the artwork and set up the machine for imprinting. Set-up charges do not apply to Avoya only branded items.  Set-up charges are added for items that are personalized. 


Order accuracy

You are responsible for reviewing your order and proofs for accuracy. All items are customized for Avoya Independent Agencies and therefore orders cannot be cancelled or revised once in production. Orders cannot be or returned for credit, refund, or exchange unless there is a defect in the product quality or decoration quality.
